If you own a home a simple search online can find your address, name and maybe your telephone number. From that they can also find the names of your spouse and other relatives.
I do searches on my name several times a year. I'm very careful about my online identity, using fake names and email address with fake name. Most of the time when I do these searches nothing comes up. Then I bought a home, now my address, name, how much I paid for the house, where I live, relatives, telephone number, where I used to live--are all there for anyone to see. Scary. So I thought I'd warn you about using your name here. Don't do it.

I was able to have my name and his removed from many of those sites,like Intellius and etc.
It ignited anger within me, that one is able to do this and make a dollars by selling Public Information.
I feel vulnerable if one day someone is able to connect the dots right to my doorstep.
Even an alias online and emails can be connected...one of my online monikers from eons ago was connected to my real name... it is what you include in your secured profile...birthday, location and etc that connects you to you and relatives. Sites are not as secured as we thing they are.
