My grandson was born three weeks ago. Mixed in with the joy was the sorrow that my husband will never know his grandchild. When I was saw the baby for the very first time, my cell phone started ringing. The caller was from the phone number 0000000000. I really felt that was Steve's way of letting me know that he could see our grandson.
A week later I got a phone call at midnight that my beautiful grandson was hospitalized with meningitis. It was probably the worst weekend of my life.....................that is a completely different experience than knowing that your spouse is seriously ill. But it would have been a thousand times worse if I hadn't gotten that mysterious phone call a week earlier. Somehow, I felt that no matter what happened, Steve would be with our grandchild.
The little guy is eating and alert and showing every sign of a full recovery and might even be released from the hospital next week!
So, yes, Avmom, I believe that your husband was sending you a sign.
