Yea, Cancer really does Suck!!
Jess46 One thing that was suggested to me to help with the constant replaying of things was to write out the experience in pain staking detail (so your mind doesn't feel like it has to hold onto it to remember) and then try to let it go. I didn't do it, so can't say if it would help, but it seems like it might. I did journal a lot and had started writing about it all very soon after it happened so got some of it down. Journaling has been very helpful for me. I write letters to him so that I can say all the things I wished I would have.
Peace to you all,
Kate
I wish peace and comfort to all of us here on this forever journey of grief. Bless you all.
