A few years back I saw a commercial for cancer treatment. I'll never forget it. They had a group of people who each told the usual story of coming for treatment and thankfully going into remission. What struck me was the smiling face of one woman, also afflicted with cancer who looked into the camera and said, "I'm going to Heaven." She said it with such vigor and happiness. She said it like it was something to look forward to. She looked even happier than the patiets who'd gone into remission.

Just thought I'd mention this.

It was shown for a very short time in the Chicagoland area. Later, that part was deleted and the commercial shown with the rest of the people. I can't for the life of me remember what organization it was for, but I think it was for some sort of charity.

Believe it or not I can relate with that woman who was so happy she was going to heaven. That's where I'm going when it's time and I look forward to it. After all it's my chance to see Don again as well as my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. And best of all I'll be home with the Lord. Who would be sad about that? Sharon

The commercial...which I have never seen....must be reflecting someone that has found peace and has unrelenting faith in God. In this world of skirting around God for political correctness, I am happy to hear of something on the worthless TV that says there is a God; there is a heaven. peace, Kaaren

I never saw the commercial, but I am looking forward to rejoining my loved ones, especially my husband, in heaven.

Only one thing though - I won't be the same woman I was when he left me. I will be better, stronger, more independent, and more in love with him than ever.

Look out honey! Here I come!
