I have never been so sad in my whole life....our 15 years were very, very short to me....not enough time!!!!
But I think of how we really were sensitive to eachother...his beautiful smiley face at times...when he would be happy, I would be happy...this is the channel I try to switch too. I also figure, as in life...we had such a great connection when thinking of eachother....so I say if I am thinking of you and feeling that feeling he must be somewhere still feeling that 'connect' feeling with me...sometimes I see a little sign, right after I acknowledge that...that if I am thinking of him intensely in a moment then he too is still out there trying to connect with me too. It has got to be....love is so forceful an energy, it cannot be left just hanging all of a sudden or disappear because one has to pass....:)
But we do START to be able to adjust it a little more and little more.
I am going to save this book suggestion! The title alone is a great one!
All my life i try to TRUST THE GUT!
Greg had said that to me after meeting me also. Said he trusted his gut. Was not wrong then...for either of us!1
HUGS and hope the book is great! Diane
Thanks for sharing this with us.

I think doing ANYTHING that is pleasant, such as planting flowers, will improve our moods and attitudes. Even doing it when we don't FEEL like doing it can change us (against our wills!).
It's like taking a shower. I hate the thought of having to get in the shower daily, but once I'm in there, I don't want to get out! How can a person's thoughts be SO exact opposites within minutes??? We just have to make ourselves do things we don't feel inclined to do, just because we SHOULD be doing those things. And all of a sudden, we may feel GOOD about it, surprise, surprise!
I know that's kind of like Scarlett O'Hara thinking - 'I can't think about that right now, I will think about that tomorrow' - but it actually does help.
Sometimes you have to make yourself get distracted and shift gears. It's not easy...
Love and Hugs,
Martha
