Life is just so damned unfair sometimes. I am so sorry for your loss. Why do some people get all the time and others are just robbed of that life together they had planned and dreamed of. My married life was short as well though we did have many years together prior to getting married. One night he went to sleep and never woke up. Like you I had panic attacks, couldn't sleep, cried a lot or just sat there in a daze, in total disbelief. Even after almost seven years I still shake my head in the wonder of it all. Your minutes will go by at a snail pace, you think it will never end but one day, in your own time, you will look back and realize that time did pass. I wish that day for you. I hate that you have to go through this but here on DS you have a great group of people ready to comfort and support you. God Bless you.

I am so sorry for your devastating loss. The shock of your loss is palpable and my heart aches for you. Being newly widowed myself, I don't have much advice to give to you because I too am experiencing many of the feelings of pain and despair that you are. One thing that I do know is that some experiences require outside help. I saw my dr. Yesterday and he gave me a low dose of anxiety medication and forced me to make an appointment with a therapist on Friday, I have to say that the medication has taken the edge off. It's not that I don't cry and fall apart but it has turned the volume of the pain down. Please consider letting someone help you . Hugs

I dont know if I'm gonna be much of help. I just lost my husband exactly a month ago and am still grieving. All I can say is my faith in God has helped me since the day he passed away. I can't answer your question about God's intentions but this is what I do know, He is my source of strength, hope, and all I have to do is to put my trust in HIM and His promise and His Word that He has my back. He too is holding you close, and is listening to you. Please don't lose faith in Him. I'll be praying for you. Hang in there.

So sorry for your loss. With time the pain will lessen. Just hang in there. Take every day , every minute as it comes. I understand its tough and its tough for me and almost everyone out here who have been through such loss. Try to figure out spiritual perspective of this loss if its okay with you. Everything in life is there for a reason and so is the terrible excruciating pain which we all experience. My dear wife was a vibrant young girl and had many reasons to live and she transited into the spiritual realm suddenly leaving me and many others in total state of shock just over a month back. Hang in there. You are not alone. Keep faith.

Thanks guys ! how to find the spiritual aspect of such a tragic thing . We couldn't even start our life and it ended . Whom to blame ? How do I keep the faith in God ? I had always trusted Him thinking Hehas got my back . He made me meet the love of my life so late and then snatched him right away . What was the point ? I can't find a reason out of it . M sorry for your losses too , I can't stop crying after 74 days and can imagine your situation .

Just hang in there. Keep faith that by time pain will be lessened. You may want to write down whats causing you feel this pain specifically and work towards it. I couldnt save my wife and it pains me the most of all things. Then realising i did my best at whats possible that time just lessens it a bit. I can't believe such a thing would happen in my life or god would let it happen. It was just too sudden in most cases here. Spiritual perspective you may want to read about life after death and there are lot of articles which would give you spiritual perspective. Please pray to your loved one to show you the path and they would in some way or the other.
