I think we all miss the closeness and safety that we had.
It's only been almost 3 months and I hate it. I'm so glad my son is here for me and my pets. They keep me busy, 3 dogs and 3 cats.
We didn't go out and socialize but now I'm reaching out to other people. I also have some people who are reaching out to help me. I will get past this, but I can't see me living with another man. I miss his snoring, I miss his sense of humor, I miss him ranting at the TV, I just miss him.
Happy Hump Day everybody!
"I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I'm with you".
Kind of says it all for me.
I keep thinking back to my single days (got married at 39). I was so lonely most of the time and looking for my love. I was so depressed because I didn't feel loved.
Now I'm lonely because I miss my love, I just keep reminding myself I was loved and am loved and still love him.
WOW.....So True....Now, we just have to find out who we are without them....
