My husband died suddenly on New Years Eve. I am still in shock and working my way through the grief. I found this site while looking online for information on grieving. I found myself reading a few times a day. I would like advice on how to best use DS to help get through.
I send my heartfelt sympathies. My husband and I were married 28 yrs. when he passed away after a 16 wk. struggle with cancer. There was no time to process this loss, and your loss is even more sudden. Use this site as a "safe place to fall". I wish I'd known of it earlier.
Tom has the "nuts and bolts" of using the site that he wrote about. I would read along for awhile, and when or if you feel like it, jump in with your comments.
