Glad your doing better. Now that there's only one of you to parent I think you need to expect a few melt downs. When my wife or I would get to that point, the other one would step in. We aren't able to do that anymore.

There were a total of 24 teens in my house last night! They went home at midnight. They had a really good time! They made a mess! They played truth or dare and I sat in the background, unnoticed, listening to them. At one point, I made myself known. The dare was for one boy to give another boy a hickey! "No hickeys will leave my house tonight!" They argued! I stood firm! Lol! It was fun! I'm glad we had the party!
Russ, I miss having the tag team approach :( but I have learned to walk away when I need to and that it's ok to lose my temper a bit!

Watching our children reengage in life is so joyful to watch. Enjoy! Gerald

I can definitely relate to the tag team. Twin boys. Need I say more!!! I am learning I have to walk away sometimes. But then there are times when my temper will fly. Glad her party went well. Did she resolve her boyfriend argument?
