I've been reading the different posts left today. I am so very sorry that each of us face such terrible loss and grief. For those new to this long road, pain will begin to be less at some point. That point is different for all of us.
For those of us who have walked this patch for some time we are now facing the finality and reality of our loss. Even though the pain isn't as all consuming some days are still just plain depressing and lonely. The evenings alone are a sad and lonesome time.
Each day, no matter how long we have been living with loss, is a challenge. Some days it seems we are given more strength to see us through.
Each day and each night takes courage. One of my favorite quotes on courage is this:
"Courage does not always roar.
Sometimes courage is the quiet voice
at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow." "
