I agree - sometimes "calm" just isn't in the picture! :)
I guess it's "nothing ventured - nothing gained" too.
Love and Hugs,

Great words and much easier said than done for sure.
I have done same as you. totally clear one moment and all muddy the next. I have accomplished many things in this last 15 months. (yesterday), and am proud that I did. But going through them all CALMLY? that's another story entirely! lol More like especially in the beginning kicking screaming and throwing tantums is more like it! BUT got er done! i think that's the thing. However we have to get her done, as long as we do, how we get there does not matter as much as getting there, if that makes sence? We all have our own ways to go through things and there is no right or wrong and no 'how to' book at least I haven't found it yet!
And Martha, that is excatly the phrase. something I repeated to myself every day for months!! and STILL do with every 'new' cvhallange that comes up, especially in the living in the here and now!
HUGS to all and may we all go through our challanges the way we need to, but may we all GET THROUGH THEM, knowing we have a safe place to vent when we need it!

You can be calm, and take awhile to make up your mind, or just go with it - I have lots to work on. Thanks for the post. G-
