Buy some Emetrol, I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling. It's for nausea, it's liquid, doesn't take much, it works. If you can call your general practitioner, do it...tell them you're grieving. Ask for some Zoloft, or something cheap for nausea that dissolves in your mouth.
Buy some Ginger Ale, keep it in the house, drink some and then sit quietly if you can. It really does help.
Prayer for you tonight. Just keep writing, keep writing.
Cindy
I deal with it by putting that day in a mental box and letting it out a little at a time, as much as I can cope with on any day. Some days now I can cope with reliving the whole day, some days it has to stay in the box while I deal with other stuff I have to do.
I am so sorry for your pain
