This after calling plumbers, and they never showing up. Is it just me? what do you do about it?
I too watch my step to make sure that I don't fall over. At present, I am trying to retrain my concentration which has gone totally by the window since he died. I am making an effort to focus.
Big hug to you.
Be careful and keep bandaids and emergency numbers handy. I programmed in my phone things like sis, brother after names, Doctor, preferred hospital...just in case!
Just these little things helped ease the frustration a bit.

When Nick first died I thought I was going crazy. I couldn't remember anything. I dropped things, bumped in to everything and was generally just one huge mixed up mess. Once I found out this was a normal part of healing I eased up on myself. I still did some really weird things but at least I knew it would come to an end... and it did.
Just hang in there. Love yourself. Think good thoughts about yourself and give yourself time to heal a bit.
Hugs of encouragement to you.
