Since roby died i've been sad, upset, lonely and grieving. This last week I can actaully say I'm depressed. Cant sleep. Dont care about food or work.
The only thing that keeps me going is my dog. If not for her I probably wouldnt get out of bed or go outside.
I'm at 5 months, I'm sure it's just another stage, but needed to put it out there

I am going through a downer and at end of month it will be 3 yrs for me. I do not understand why I am myself at this point. BUT ya know I think its times of things we do...
A good friend, support person or group and finding a ray of sunshine somehow to make you get onto a step forward....its hard I know at times so heres a hug from the PNW
