I still wear my rings. I'm naked without them. I'm not ready to go out into the world naked yet!
I totally understand that tired feeling. I'm getting enough sleep but I feel like I'm dragging myself around! It's all part of the grieving thing.
Go out breathe in the air look down at your hands and see that you are still here, you're here to carry on! We're doing this together, you're not alone and our feelings about life, right now, are similar. This did NOT happen to someone else, it's happened to us.
Be well,
Roz
Sending healing thoughts your way. xo, Dayna
I am almost at 2 years and I remember those feelings like it was yesterday......No concentration, sleepy, restless, foggy, wishing the time would pass faster so I could get through grieving faster.
Life lesson learned: you cannot rush or barrel through it.....take your time...cry when you want, sleep when you can and always try to eat something nutritious and hydrate yourself. Ask for help from your friends and family...they don't know what to do for you, so tell them.....they are there for you. Try to find a grievance group as it helped me tremendously. Take baby steps....you can and will get through this. Warm hugs to you and your children,
Pam
Aren't our creatures the best for keeping us in line and making our lives so much fuller?
I'll be at 2 years in a couple of months, I can't believe he's gone!
