While life is too short, and I try - I do find my feelings are hurt easily these times. I try not to judge but catch myself - have to shake myself up and down - give me a talking to and all that...
I am practicing my brother "Yeah, ok whatever" His favorite words when people were giving him a what for....He did 3 tours of Vietnam, came back quite different, he never lets nothing get to him, SO I decided to practice these words taken from him....
I think grief just brings out so many emotions that most the time we are on overload just dealing with the simplest thing.

It takes some time and effort to get back into a reasonable balance. My skin is thicker now, and my temper more under control. I did recognize, however, that I am a grown-up, and grown-ups get to decide if something is forgivable or not, and whether someone deserves our friendship or not.
