It is strange though, two nights ago I dreamed that our son was dead and my husband hugged me and said, no he is not dead, he is alive. He and I hugged and my son walked up to us and was alive. I was so happy.
Then last night I dreamed that my husband was going through the treatments for the brain tumor and he said, I feel so good and the chemo makes me feel so bad and I want to spend more time with you feeling good, so do you think I should take a break from the chemo? We were hugging and deciding together. I don't remember the rest of what happened, but it was so great feeling his arms around me again in my dream and he was so healthy in the dream.
That was my question that I used to go over and over and over....would he have lived longer if he took a break from the treatment? We were in such a hurry to do what the doctors said could save his life.
I now am at peace with his decision to keep trying to live, (even though that probably took him sooner rather than later). It was his decision and I understand it now.
I hope that I keep having dreams now that they are a comfort to me. I guess my mind just knew that I couldn't handle having them sooner.
I hope you have dreams when they can bring you some peace and not hurt you even more.
hugs..

Like Kaaren, my messages have come when I am awake. In life there are no coincidences.
