Its more likened to.
Emptiness caused be absence in principle is an opportunity to receive the newness or re-birthing of LIFE. IN essence, LIFE is never birthed from a place of emptiness. A seed is required for all new growth and LIFE.
Or it could be said
To empty oneself simply allows one to be filled with the Light of Life in a fuller expression. Thus absence in and of itself can do no harm. It is how one perceives absence that creates a sense of irreparable harm....AND in all actuality perceptions can only be formed by oneself.
Merely a few of my abstract thoughts...
The blessings of peace that passes all understanding to you!

It's anger-its the doctor's fault, it's God's fault, it's my fault or his/her fault.
Bargaining-Before the end we are willing to do anything not to admit the inevitable.
Depression-when we feel we can not possibley live without them. The pain is overwhelming. It's not mental illness, it's emotional loss.
And finally acceptance-that you realize it has happened to me, but as sad as I am there islife in my blood and I can move on. I deserve happiness and my spouse would definately want that for me. That to not move past this tragedy is worse than putting one foot infront of the other and being a loving caring friend to someone who is in a worse condition than you. Sharon
