Had a post written and POof!
Side Tracked...ugh...
Day 1 of the journey to sanity and an end(hummmm...getting a handle on it at least) of procrastination...

Our Lives Can Change
Our lives can change if we let them. Once we have been lifted from th depths of despair and are no longer prisioners of our illness, we will have opportunities to achieve things we once thought impossible. We will find the courage and strength to cope with each day. Hopelessness will be replaced with hope and faith. We will learn that we are not alone and that others are willing to help us. We will come to know ourselves and accept ourselves as we are~~not merely for what we think we should become. We will know serenity and become at peace with the world around us.
Today I want to work with compassion and love towards myself and all that I physically possess to bring clairity and make clean, Right Decisions for my mental and physical health.

Then shower, "dress to my feet" (flylady.net) and eat/drink a more balanced diet today.
Then ugh "Bless my bedroom" (flylady.net)...this entails putting away two loads of folded laundry, picking up a Massive Pile of 'stuff' off the floor. Then wrapping Chritmas gifts to be mailed out (need to knit at least a foot more on a scarf) and vac/wash the floors and dusting/polishing the dresser/tables woodwork.
It's going on 2pm, I'm hoping to have all done before 7pm.
Another first, I'm going to shoot for an 11pm bed routine time...night owl here, last night 2am.
Wishing anyone who passes by a Wonderful Day!!!

I've had days where I couldn't get out of bed, days where I stayed in my pj's and days where all I managed to do was eat, drink fluids and take care of my Sweet Mia kitty. Sweet Mia came to me from a shelter about...
