Hey everyone! I am looking for ways to eat healthier and exercise. Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. One of my problems is that i eat too much sugar, I don't know why, I get cravings. Sometimes I feel hungry when I am not. Thanks!
Ways I keep myself in check with sugar is I remove all sugar products out of the house. So things like ice cream, chocolate, juice drinks, and so one are donated to family or friends. I then keep myself from buying any. Fill your fridge with fresh fruits and vegetables, pre-cut and proportion snacks so that it’s easier to just grab and go. Make eating healthy more accessible to yourself and it will be an easier transition.
First, you need to address your problem of eating too much sugar. I understand your cravings but limiting sugar is one of the major elements when it comes to losing weight. If you feel hungry, try natural sweeteners like stevia that is low in calories. Second, make sure you have a well-balanced diet so you get enough macro as well as micronutrients. Don’t just go heavy on proteins. The Key is a well-balanced diet. Third, mild to moderate-intensity exercises are enough to keep your weight in check.
Hi, I'm also facing the same situation as I'm over-weighted by about 10 kg as compared to my age and also shows the presence of an increased level of sugar in my blood. My family doctor advised me to maintain my weight by exercising regularly and regulating my food. He also advised me to limit my sugar intake, particularly in snacks and tea, and to try natural sweeteners like stevia, which are low in calories. I mostly engage in exercises such as skipping, walking, and swimming(https://www.soldapools.com/).
I stopped sugar, breads and butter for a couple weeks and lost six pounds. Of course didn't stick to it.
