Over the years, I have put on weight mainly due to underactivity. I am fat everywhere, mainly on my thighs. They are really saggy and I need to get rid of those loose skin. I have been on all the diets, had all the checks from docs, been to the gym but still not able to lose weight under my thighs. What can I do to lose weight fast? A friend of mine suggested liposuction from a clinic in Toronto. But I don't know much about this procedure. I would like to know more about this procedure and how it’s going to be. Please help me regarding this concern. Will I be able to resume care for my child in a week or two after the surgery? Any thoughts or suggestions regarding this? Please share.
I suffer from big thighs as well for many years. Losing the weight there is very hard but not impossible. A few things you can do is focus on lower body and leg workouts. Adding ankle weights (no more than 2-5 pound weights) will help strengthen them as well. Don’t expect a quick fix, putting on the pounds takes time and so will losing the weight.
As for surgery, try focusing on diet, exercises, and support groups for now and see if your able to do it yourself. Surgery is only taking away some of the problem. If your not eating healthy and working out then you can still regain all that weight from bad habits. Not only that it can cost you more money in the long run than if you spent that same amount of money on a gym membership and healthy produce.
Traditional liposuction method is an effective treatment for several individuals who wish to lose thigh fat. Nowadays, there are new variations in methods like as smart lipo or micro-laser lipo that assure quick results. However, they do not produce effective results as that of traditional method. One can resume work post one week after surgery.
It’s good you have decided to prioritize your health. If your blood pressure is not coming back to normal after a workout, then it may indicate some heart issues. The medicine that you are using might not be much effective. However, it may not be a severe issue, but do not avoid this condition. Get yourself examined first.
