Is he or she a sociopath or psychopath? Think we're only talking about serial killers here? Psychopaths, sociopaths and even narcissists come in every walk of life, every career level, and every socio-economic category.
I can not stop thinking about how my husband's girlfriend's husband allows their relationship. They have been involved for approximately two years. They have even all traveled together. During a seven week period while my husband was trying to come back to me I asked him why is her husband turning a blind eye to it all. I asked him is it because he doesn't want to know or is it because she's just that manipulative. My husband said it was a bit of both. Until now it all goes on.
I have come to the conclusion that her husband must obviously have some sort of problem himself. And if she is indeed a psychopath or BPD, I'm guessing she would want to marry a weak man she can control.
Any theories out there as to why a husband would accept or not pick up on to his wife's two year affair right under his nose?

I was so angry and hurt.. confused. I loved him. worshiped him. gave him no reason to needed anything else.. but here they all were lining up. a couple that he really screwed over actually had the nerve to blame me. the words out of her mouth was.. why didn't I keep him on a lease.. why didn't I keep him happy at home. that he had to go looking for them. like I needed this.
I was pregnant.. heartbroken..my self esteem shattered. and I had to keep moving to support my daughter and care enough about myself to not end it for the baby. my 14 year old held my hand for almost 1 1]2 till I got myself together. I didn't feel a connection with the baby till it was born. if I couldn't love myself.. I couldn't love anything or anyone else. and he made me feel worthless..
