Sometimes I go through days in a fog. Going through the motions consumed by my thoughts that have been unspoken. I never confronted him on what I know he is. I never said anything. I never told him.he doesn't exist. I didn't tell him that it wasn't losing his "love" that hurt; it was realizing it never existed. It was an act and he the actor. I never said anything about all that I know. He has me in silent treatment but I want to speak. I want to speak. I feel I'm drowning in my thoughts and need to speak at times. I just want to speak.

I think now it's time to decide ""What he did and does / the chaos of psychopathy/ psychopath is too big for me to handle, I want to focus on myself and celebrate my son".

I gave myself the permission to not understand everything he does and did or everything he is.
We need to be in peace in order to rest. And I think your heart could use a rest.

Trust me from experience, It will never matter what you say to him it will never matter how many times you say it, he will NEVER "hear" it. I confronted my ex-N on what he is, that he never existed, that he was fake and a con and they will deny everything. I'm not sure if it's because they are pathological liars or if it's because they are so mentally messed up in the head that they believe all the lies are the truth. I've confronted, begged, pleaded, sent emails, sent texts, sent letters. NOTHING matters in the end. Trust that!! It will only make your head more confused trying to understand why they don't understand. His silent treatment is the best thing in the end. At first it's torture, but the more they do it, the more your heart becomes colder toward them. Normal people just don't do these type of things to others. His silent treatment is your beginning to No contact. It will become easier once you really begin to see the real monster that he really is.

Renee - yes of course you are correct. I think most days I can wrap my head around these things. I KNOW that I'm better off now and that my child probably is as well. I do feel so much more peace, less worry, less fear, less paranoia.
