i just got a letter from the VA benefits dep stating that they are NOT increasing my % from 60. but they are currently evaluating that (ACCORDING TO THEM) several of my conditions have "IMPROVED".

WHAT THE F---??!?!?!?!

how the fuck has it improved if the DAMN physical therapist has given up on my TWICE?!!!! how the fuxk has it improved when i have been DEMANDING to see a podiatrist for severely increased foot pain in both of my feet?!!!!! and therefore asking for molds to be made JUST SO I CAN WALK for more than 10 mins in a day!!! HOW the fuck has it been improving if i still have been demanding for AQUA THERAPY for the last 5 MONTHS (for my back and neck injury)!!!?!!!

I"M SO SICK OF THE FUCKING VA JERKING ME AROUND AND SAYING SHIT THAT HAS NO FUCKING TRUTH TO IT!!!!! what the HELL is goin on here?!?!?

DID Obama further cut funding to the VA and now they are further fucking us over?!?!?!!!!! THIS SHIT AIN'T RIGHT!!!!

60%. when I reached 60%, I qualified for UNEMPLOYABILITY which took me to 100%. This only works if you have ONE disability and it is SERVICE CONNECTED.

"In order to qualify for TDIU, service-connected disabilities must meet minimum rating thresholds:

If the veteran has only one service-connected disability, it must be rated at least 60-percent or higher.

If the veteran has two or more service-connected disabilities, at least one of those disabilities must be rated at 40-percent or higher, and, after factoring in the ratings for the other disabilities, the veterans combined disability rating must be 70-percent or higher.
The final eligibility requirement is that the veteran must be unemployable on the basis of one or more of his or her service-connected disabilities."

yeah i understand that part. BUT my question is why the fuck are they trying to LOWER my % or even say that it has "IMPROVED"?!!? when it hasn't!!!!

Blue add severe depression, or PTSD, to your list and get a Dr. to back you up on this . It just may help you qualify for 100 %.Be sure you get COPIES, of all your Dr. visits for proof for the VA, to ALL of your Drs you have went to. Happy new Year ALL. I hope you have ALL had wonderful Holidays. Ive been ill for 3 months.

do you have a third party representative that can help you with your appeal? I found that people from AMVETS, VFW, DAV, and other groups like that are very helpful when it comes to these situations. I am not sure, but can you request a re-evaluation or appeal of some sort? Also, you should take any civilian doctor records with you. If you do see a civilian doctor, a letter from him/her saying that your disability has not improved would be helpful also.
