alot of poeple on here are going agasint imigrants and natianltys..do you not realise this is how wasrs start..this is why shouting starts? dp you not care that innocents are diding for comments like those agsint other ppl? my grampa was a vet he fought for freedom of other ans his land i am proud of him..but dipsoint thst others will sully his memerory and countless other that have fought but theses stupid racist comments

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Of course, the fact that she posted this thread - about imigrants and natianltys (ouch..that hurt my fingers) - in the VETERANS section...well, that explains a lot.
