I do not buy milk or eggs but like when a cake has eggs and milk in it then that is okay by me.
Years ago I was a full vegan but I can not get away from cheese.
Like going out with friends or on a date then I eat cheese pizza with some veggies on top, and so I started eating it at home too ever after.
I feel guilty about my milk and egg products but I can not break it. So I try to minimize it like getting a thick pizza having more crust than cheese. Or potato salad having more potato then egg ingrediant.
Still a vegetarian - yes.
during my pregnancy i have started to eat eggs again. i will stop when i have the baby. my fatigue was getting too tough and i was craving eggs. so, i gave into it. i craved meat but i will never put another piece of meat in my mouth again for any reason.
A vegan would be someone who chooses to not eat anything that every came from an animal.
It can be really hard to eat at restuarants sometimes. Just ask your waiter which items on the menu do not contain any meat or meat broth, etc. Then order that. It shouldnt be quite as difficult for you as it would be if you were vegan.
im a vegetarian. once i accidentally had meat because i didnt know what it was. it didnt smell weird. when i found out it was meat, i threw up and was sick for a week. maybe that isnt supportive... well im curious: what do you eat? i mean, im indian so i have lots of protein in the diet that my mom planned for me... lol
Secondly, if you dont eat meat, but eat dairy, I think eating dairy is worse then eating meat, in many ways.. and much worse for you.
