I have spider veins and varicose veins all over and in back of my knees. Is there any special exercise to do that would help me get them off my legs. Or to get them in better shape. Any special vitamins?

Is anyone here allergic to Sulfa that is currently taking Diamox? I have been diagnosed with IH now for almost 2 years.
