i wear attends 24-7 and they work awesome. ive also had really great luck with molicare. the plastic backing is better than the cloth backing.

Personaly you can't beat cloth diapers for comfort and dependabilaty.

I've wear Dry 24/7 and have had good luck with them.I grew up with cloth diapers all through my youth and younger adult age. I switch to Attends in the early 80s

I use attends 10 during the day and tranquilty atn at night for aded pretection

We have tried quite a few brands and types over the last 11 years. I'm a disabled mother. Doubly incontinent. MS, Several strokes. A seizure & bone disorder. I have needed full incontinence protection 24/7 for quite a few years now. The Tranquility ATN is great for overnight use. We often use a booster pad. I sleep on a incontinence pad as well in case of leaks. Daytime use I'm changed more frequently so Attends or regular Tranquility briefs are ok. Recently we have been using the Secure Xplus diapers they are really good too for full incontinence.

I use Attends, molicare and also Bambino Blanco (the ones without the stupid baby prints... I'm NOT an ABDL. However, in a weird way, I can understand a bit of why someone would like diapers. But to be stuck with them 24/7, that takes any "fuN" out of it real quick. But back to my point. I like the bambino even more than the molicare because they fit comfortably and are great at work since I am in a call center. I literally only change durring lunch break and right after quitting time before my bus ride home. My boss loves my productivity LOL. I've gotten comments like "You've got a bladder of steel" and so on. I just have to laugh to myself cuz nothing could be further from the truth.

drycare dry 24/7 are my new product of choice a bit bulky however if i need to i know it will last 10+ hours without leaks...

That is actually where I order the ones I use when I know I will be sitting for long periods of time and for sleep. Asking the opinion of others does help, because it gives you a clue of where to start. Though in the end, You have to find what is best for you, because not everyone is the same.

Right now I use Abena XP. I have found that NorthShore accepts my FSA card, YEA.

Abena M4 are the best by far in my opinion. I wear M4 at night, usually Abri-Form M3 or Delta-Form M3 during the day.

I use Seni Super Quatro diapers. They are the next thing to a DRY 24/7 in capacity. I use them at night. They work great!! They hold a lot!!

During the day I wear Tena Flex Maxi, at night a cloth diaper,then top it off with rubber pants.
