Your statement sounds as if I wrote it myself. The biggest difference is that I wear cloth diapers 24/7 where you depend on disposables. When I go out I have am adequately diapered and don't worry about leaks. As far as public restrooms go, I do't use them.

i go out, but i suppose i'm blessed in a sense because i am in a wheelchair, so my accidents are usually not as noticable. but i always have to use the really big bathrooms bc i have to get undressed when i change.

i have become cautious answering here as i have had stupid diaper fetish idiots messaging me after i reply to what seems to be a viable post but here goes, I too only feel i am needing to pee what i am actually going i don't diaper but used to but i found that a pad makes me feel wet but absorbs quick enough so i can hold on and get to the toilet, sometimes this doesn't work so a spare pair of briefs and a spare pad is always in the handbag. I have learnt the busting waddle the one were you squeeze your thighs together so tight you hold it all in anyways this is a yeah i am the same

I agree with you Drgnfli...This board has been overran by fettish idiots. That is why I seldom post anything here. Its like feeding the trolls. Fortunately they are rather easy to spot and are ignored except for by other fettish idiots. Maybe they should start their own group called "I wish I was incontinent" or maybe "I wear diapers for fun" and leave this group for those of us with legitimite problems.

I to am the same way as far as being able to tell i have to go I do sometimes know that I AM going . as far as diaper use i use a good quality diaper so i only have to change usually 3 times a day as far a public bathrooms although it can be intemidating you get used to it sometime you just have to change. look for Family bathrooms that are private use hadicaped stalls and try to find places that are only single toilets that you can lock the door. but sometimes you have to grin and bear it. but the last thing you should do is allow your condition to dictate what you do in life. I have been so happy when I learned that, i do my best to avoid public bathroom changes but I dont let my conditions ruin anything i do. allways carry a spare and a change of clothes if possible and don't let the bad days become worse with stress.

I read your thread with interest and i have to say reading your thread was in a way a godsend, and NO i,m not some wacko who,s into wearing diapers!
All my life i have had no feeling at all, in fact when i was a child my father took me to many doctors due to my wetting myself, my mother tried to hep me as best as she could but she coukdn,t protect me from the cruel nasty comments from my peers, because my father was in the armed services i was taken to a military doctor who informed my father i was "A lazy child!" so everytime i had an accident i gota smack, i don,t blame my father, i blame the very peope who should have helped me, the doctor! i used to walk round with two bags one for wet underwear the other for clean underwear, no one did any tests on me to find out why this was happerning to me, well i went most of my life without anyone knowing my secret, to cut a long story short a very kind doctor examined me one day and asked me how long had i been incontient? at first i was too embarrassed to admit i had a problem until one evening i had an accident just as i was helping a group of school children, well i ended up so upset that i took myself to the doctor and finally admitted i had a problem, he arranged for me to have urodynamic studies, it was whilst having these tests done that it was found the muscles used to control my bladder were not formed in fact i didn,t have a fully formed bladder, i was taught how to cathiterise myself but it didn,t help because i have absoulutly have no feeling at all in my bladder or the outside of my body, i was then given a number to ring and it turned out to be a firm which supplys incontinence pads , i ended up using these which were ok but a but bulky, two years ago i had my bladder removed and it was found that the bladder wasen,t formed properly, in the end i had a cystectomy [my bladder was removed] yes i still have accidents but i wonder have you seen a specialist incontinece advisor? i ask because maybe they can show you other ways of managing your incontinence, i truely hope you can get some help and maybe your doctor may put you in touch with the people who supply you with item,s such as i had because i had always brought my diapers, once you are told you have severe bladder problems you can usually get these diapers free sorry for the long winded message but who knows you may get more help, i wish you good luck and if you want to know anything then please feel free to ask me shelly x

hi there, thank you for the vice but i'm not willing to have my bladder removed.i will stick with diapers for now.i don't understand why people have a problem with me wearing diapers.i just can't control my bladder at all.diapers are the best choice of protection for me.i also have other medical problems too,like lower back,stomach problems witch sometime bothers my bladder.i also have sever head aches too.

I agree with idatsea . last year when i first developed my problem i never wanted to do nothing while all the time i was missing out on everything . as to public bathrooms , its beter to be slightly embarassed than to not change and soak a disposable beyond its limits . cloth is good at home but i think its a lot beter to use disposables when your out .
