i am incontinent for the past 15yrs now and i see a urologists that specializes in incontinence.we went through alot of test and try many meds. too.she can't find out why i am incontinent so she could give me the right treatment.the one thing we agree on is for me to wear diapers 24/7.is there something else i could do instead of diapers or are diapers my only option. i can't tell when i have go,or feel the sensations to go to the bathroom. the diapers i wear are wellness diapers and i am in them all the time.can you help me out with this problems,,, jamie

there is a product in germany called myfemcon that says it can help.
read the website. they just changed it to english.

thanks for the advice,but catheters if me a bad infections and are very painful to me.i think diapers are the best way to go for now.do you have any idea what kind of diaper would be best for me? i have to be in them 24/7 and the diapers need to be very absorbent so they don't leak.thanks jamie

drycare dry 24/7 have to be the most absorbant ever... 12hrs without leaking no problem... although i dont recommend wearing that long it is bad for skin health and odors...

I use plastic pants over disposable diapers to help avoid leaks.

My experience is that it is safest to have a diaper on the large side and with a good capacity. I wear boxer briefs over the top and they hold things in place well. With taped diapers I fasten the bottom two tapes first and then pull the top ones across the make the fit at the waist snug.

Having found a product that works for me I am pretty confident about living life - but I am wary of sitting on peoples brand new cream coloured cloth sofa's - just in case!

Oh yes - it does seem to be true that black trousers won't show any minor leakages - not that that happens very often with a good quality diaper.
