Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.
But you are not alone and in good company
Realize the incontinence is not a disease by itself but rather a symptom of some other condition. Although sometimes can be something serious, it's more likely something as simple as strengthening the pelvic floor muscles (look up kegel exercises). Talk to your doctor and don't be embarrassed. This is not an uncommon problem. You should be using a thin form of Protective Underwear for nighttime. Many product are very soft like underwear, but are extremely absorbent and practically leak proof. Best of luck.
