try depends max absorbancy for women. they pull up like regular underwear. they're thin, but they hold a lot. you may also want to try a thin max absorbancy mensterral (sp?) pad. both of these are easy to hide in a medium sized purse.

condom catheter and leg bag works a treat, you can cut it in length to fit your inner thigh or lower leg, easily conceilable, easily maneuverable and you can empty at your own conveyance.

when dealing with the type of urge incontinence that you have I have found that a condom cath doesn't work for me because when it lets go full force, I end up blowing the cath off causing more problems.

The options you have are:
Foley catheter with leg or belly bag
Medication to stop the urge but then you may need to self catheterize
Good quality adult diaper.

You will be surprised how well you can hide a good diaper under your clothes. I have to wear 24/7 and I wear Abena XPlus and something ad a doubler with them. I wear my pants a size or two larger to help hide it and wear a longer/larger shirt too.

As the amount of urine each leak is small the "guards" type of stick in pouch pad that fasten in underpants might solve the problem - you can get them from depends etc. and they are very discrete and fairly inexpensive.

If it is more than a big wet spot on your clothing a thin diaper would also be discrete - or even a pull up which would give more security/confidence. When I used pull ups I folded the top down and wore boxer briefs so as to hide the waistband - which is hte bit people are most likely to see.

Also - has your doctor helped - because this shouldn't be happening!

I would say to try out the depends guard and the depends adjustable underwear. I use the adjustable underwear for convinience and it is really discreet and it should be plenty absorbant for you. Apart from that I would say to make sure that you go to the bathroom as often as you can to keep your bladder empty. Have you talked to the school about maybe getting some clothing accomadation for your wetting? I think it's worth a shot.

Wouldn't go with any type of catheter not unless it's to drain off the bladder for relief. Would use thick pads, underwear or diapers. I made the mistake of using a foley catheter and now am fighting one infection after another plus the siliocone some people are allergic to this or can become allergic which can also kill you. I would do what the people are suggesting as far as the pads and such. Also kegal exercises are something else to try because you might have some muscles that have gotten weak that control the opening and closing of the sphyncter. I had a friend on here and just because he did those exercise's he doesn't leak anymore and leads a normal life now no leaking at all anymore. So if you have a computer look up kegal exercise's and follow the instructions if you leak a little while doing these it's ok you have to remember your building up that muscle and it's going to take awhile but hopefully the end result will be you won't be incontinent anymore.
