i have seen my urologists 2weeks ago where i had some test done and i had a chat about what is next for me.we talk about the interstim procedure and me wearing diapers,she thinks that interstim would be a great help to me.she also told me that it isn't 100% to keep me dry.i told here that i would think about it,she told me that i have a very small bladder and if i did this that i might not have to wear diapers anymore.i check out on differnt sites about the interstim and found out that it didn't work for most people but for the ones it did it has some draw-backs.i think i might just stay in diapers,because i have ben wearing them for along time now.i would like to know what you think about interstim or diapers for me thanks

if you have oab then go for it but if not stick with the diapers or find another treatment

Once i was 34/7 in diapers i never looked back. There is no struggle with diapers and the surgery can be avoided. Luckly suregry was not an option for me so I didn't have to agonize or the choice of should I have surgery. Life can still be awesome even in diapers. I can't think of anything that diapers hold me back from doing.

There is a new non-surgical product that you should consider before surgery...look up InTone by Incontrol Medical. I was given the option for interstim too but didn't want to take the chance...it's surgery and it's not guaranteed. That didn't seem like a good option for me. I have now been dry since May..no leakage at all. It's also a treatment I did at home with just follow ups to the doctor office. Good luck to you!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
