Don't worry Jamie I know how you feeling. I live in the United Kingdom but what you call diapers, we call incontinence pads. I go through about 5 every day and is really frustrating.
To be honest, I never heard about implant surgery but \i heard about botox injections. If you go to a doctors and find out more about it. I would only have any operation or injections as a last resort though.

I totally understand how difficult this condition can be. I change on an average of 3x a day. I wear depends maximum protection and they have worked great for me so far. The diaper can hold up to three wets for me. My body struggles with surgery and I am perfectly used to diapers now that hardly ever leak. Just do what you are comfortable with. dry car dry 24/7 will have cut my needs down to two a day when you factor the price per brief they are MUCH cheaper ! use less less trash less changes all around better

I'm gonna second Idatsea and say that Dry 24/7's are a great option to help reduce the amount of changes you will need.

Not too sure about how the implant is though. I'd like to find out more about that myself.

Another diaper that is really good and cuts down on the number of diapers are Abena X-plus or 4 series. Also Another good one that I p[refer the most is Bamino. They have a new diaper called the bellisimo that last for a long time. I use about two maybe three of those in a 24 hour period. Also the Total Dry xplus are good.

I agree with others, if you are going through so many diapers, I think it may be helpful to try a better diaper. I use Abena with an abena stuffer and I am fairly active and drink a lot of water through out the day. I am now down to a regular schedule of changing at 1PM, 6PM and then one more time before bed.
This suits my needs well and I never have to worry about leaks or any other diaper related issue.

thanks too everyone for your help,i do use wellness,abena diapers 24/7.the reason for me useing alot of diapers is because i have a very small bladder,when i go i flood my diapers to the max.i don't like catheters because i get infactions and it is very pain to me.diapers work the best for me. thanks to all for your advice

i thought everyone should i do wear diapers 24/7 and i am a 42yr.old male.i do use abena diapers with the plastic backing.i also use wellness diapers too.i go through about 3-5 diapers a day.i am toalty incontinent because of a small bladder.

3-5 diapers is pretty normal. I use about that as well. the only diaper I have used that is better is the Bellissimo diaper from bambino. They really do hold more than any other diaper I have ever used.
