I'm getting annoyed with the inconsistency of my issues. Some days I barely need to go to the restroom and when I do I have no problems making it. Some days I have to go every 30 minutes but have good control but still can have a large accident if I don't make it to the toilet within a reasonable amount of time. Some days I leak almost constantly with no controls, and some days I get frequent urges and almost immediately have an accident when the urge hits. Right now I don't know what product to use because I hate wasting products and am dry half the time but also don't want to have to deal with an acident in public. Does anyone have any advice on what products to use or in general how to manage this

I'm facing almost the same issues. I wear diapers every weekday to avoid accidents in public. I can better focus on lectures when I'm diapered, I don't have to deal with finding a toilet. It's a bit expensive, I know, but that's the price of peace of mind.

I can't exactly relate as I'm permanently incontinent and I wear diapers 24/7, but as an bit of advice, that I can give I would say to avoid wearing diapers if you don't have too. As I can see you are not as badly incontinent as me, so maybe there is still some hope to improve your issues? You can start by sorting out your diet, getting more active physically - I have actually noticed that when I work out I tend to urinate in my diaper more, but it's only during workout, while on daily basis I have noticed regression of my leaking of which I am very happy about. Additionally I would also recommend you training your kegels - they don't give effects right away, but I'm sure in a few months of consistent training you should be able to notice some positive changes.

The issue is that I don't know when an accident might happen so that is difficult. I am very physically active and eat healthy so that isn't the problem. For me I tend to urinate less while working out but I think tht is because my brain doesn't get as much of a chance to send faulty signals to my bladder

I do regular kegal exercises and they do help maintain a certain level for me, and if I neglect them I can see a noticeable deterioration in control. Typically the loss of control is a lot quicker than it takes to try and get some of it back so it is important to keep the exercises regular.
