Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.

If being toilet trained is a milestone of childhood that doesn't mean that you are a failure because in adulthood something beyond your control intervenes.
Please don't put yourself in the 'guilty' seat. Each and every one of us has something we're dealing with, whether it's this or something else - and we didn't cause it. Life brings changes to all of us - accepting these changes, and finding workable, functional solutions so these issues just become a part of everyday life lets us continue to enjoy life.
You've done nothing wrong - there's nothing to feel guilty for.
Very best wishes - take care!

Nobody should feel guilty if an accident happens you cannot help it.
Society has a lot to answer for in our perception of each other, just keep your head high and proud.
