Hi,
I have accidents and wet myself when I cough sneeze or do exercises like ballet. I also wet the bed every night and have to go to the toilet quite a lot. The Doctor has told me my bladder is very small and has not developed as fast as the rest of me. She said it should get better with time and I do exercises to try to make my bladder muscles stronger. Has anyone else had this problem and how long did it take to stop having accidents?
Thanks
Kayleigh

You're welcome and thank youuu!!
Hope everything is going good for you :)
I regularly do kegal exercises and they do help but can take weeks before noticing a difference and it’s very slow. I notice the deterioration far more when I neglect the exercises as it’s typical that I lose control a lot faster than it takes to try to get some sort of control.
I do recommend you try doing them, they can only help, but you will need to be patient as it may take a while before you see any improvement.
