I change my own 4+ times a day.
I use a full all in one brief with tabs. Why are you asking this question is their a specific question i can assist you with? are you having trouble putting your own diaper on?

My Mom and dad both use pullups witth no tabs. Dad can no longer change himself but Mom finds them quite handy and easy to use.

I change my own, but when I was in the hospital there were times I needed help. If I am needing help, I don't get embarrassed, I am very thankful.

the only times that i have had my diapers changed for me was when i was in hospital after injuring my back, and i could not move. It was at this time that i realised what really good nursing is. The nurses did everything vert methodiacally, and ensured that i was comfortable. funny thing is they changed me a lot more frequently than i change myself.

Standing if you can. with your back to a wall works well.some manufactures show fitting instructions on the the packaging.
Have never seen a video for self fitting only by a caregiver.

being in a wheelchair dose present a problem after a while you will get use to your caretaker and think nothing of it they trained and use to it good luck and god bless

I have cp, I just learnt to do it, but I wear slip pad and lift bottem, keeing it stright was hard but worked it out
