bring diapers to yankees stadium

i will be going to Yankees stadium on June 18th to see them play the mets. when i go on trips i use a backpack to put my diapers in,but at Yankees stadium they don't allowed backpack into the stadium.so what can i do about bring diapers to the game with me.i am total incontinent where i need to wear diapers 24/7.if i could bring a smaller backpack and have them check it i would be okay with that.i am not sure on what to do please help!?

The only thing that I can think of would be have them check your bag at the gate. Another idea would be call the stadium and ask for their advise.

Since all you need is to bring in your diapers, it is a "reasonable accommodation which they MUST allow you. (It's not like we're talking syringes here, but they need to have a plan to deal with diabetics, too.) Denying you would be a violation of the ADA. Since the Stadium is under federal supervision for prior noncompliance, I think you're going to get some help (and if not, google Yankee stadium and disability for the name and number of the Justice Dept. attorney in charge of this and let him know!)

Hopefully there is an easier solution. Here is the phone number you need to call in advcance: Yankee Stadium Disabled Services: (718) 579-4510 (voice). Be sure to get the name of who you speak with, and don't hesitate to ask for a supervisor. It may be as simple as someone meeting you to tag your bag. BTW, actual diaper bags are usually exempt from the no bags rule, if there is a kid in your group and you can blur the issue!
