Urinary Incontinence Support Group
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary excretion of urine from one's body. It is often temporary, and it almost always results from an underlying medical condition. Stress, functional, and urge incontinence are the most common forms. Share with other support group members and learn from their stories and experiences.
Very happy for you - hope all is well, take care of yourself!
They said a number of patients may still need some kind of protection but not as much as they have used in the past, some will not need anything and for some it will not work. One thing I did find out is that the interstem is just like a pace maker, once implanted, you can't have certain test like MRI's. Because I work near/around lots of magnetic fields, I am not a candidate for it.
