I became I continent after I gave birth to my first daughter and I wear absorbent plastic pants or when it gets heavier I wear washable all in ones diaper pants.

I use dry 24/7's with plastic pants and a.booster pad it's the only thing that works for my incontinence

I´ve been a bedwetter on and off in my life with increasing daytime problems and I wear protection at night and often at days.

I was a bed wetter through all of my childhood and day wetter through much of it. Things improved for me, particularly in my 20's but it never fully went away.
Now it's been back for quite a while and Im back to wearing a nappy and booster pad to bed each night, and have now had to start using pads during the day as well.

I am incontinent most of my life and wear diapers and plastic pants as another leak guard.

My incontinence began. 23 Years ago. I had 2 massive strokes during My third pregnancy. I already had MS. I have been disabled and incontinent since. Over the years My disability has gotten more profound. I have been through it all. Catheters & sever UTI's, Bowel programs. Pads , diapers everything. At this point I just use a diaper (brief) Different levels of protection for different times of day.

I,ve incontinent for almost 30yrs 1st didn,t know why then the dr found out I was a diabetic so have been in diapers since.

I have been incontinent and enuretic for over six years now.

I’ve been a bedwetter my entire life and started having daytime accidents at 16 when I injured my back in a car accident. My full on incontience came after I gave birth to my daughter almost 3 years ago. The birth was traumatic because she was stillborn and the remaining nerves I had left in my bladder we’re damaged. I wear diapers 24/7 now

After my pregnancy and childbirth I started with an overactive bladder and some nerve issues. I got the overactive bladder under some sort of control with exercising but not the nerve issues so I wear pads during day and diapers at night.

I became urinary incontinent about 9 years ago & ended up having to wear a diaper. After almost a year of seeing a urologist, it never got better, so after much trial & error I can wear a pullup during the day, but have to wear a diaper in the evening & at night. I was horribly embarassed at first, but now have accepted it.

An accident in 2013 left me with spinal injury causing paralysis below the chest and double incontinence. This is managed with a suprapubic catheter and bowel evacuation on alternate mornings by district nurses before I get out of bed.

I started to wear an incontinence pad about three months after returning home from hospital, following some accidents. Since then I have worn a pad all the time. These are available in many shapes and sizes and with different absorbencies. These are for moderate to heavy incontinence with an absorbency of up to 1,600 ml.

The pad is held in place by unisex net fixation knickers. They are similar to women's full-sided net briefs without gusset. They can be washed many times and last more than a month. I rarely pass urine through my penis - occasionally just a small amount which is soaked up by the pad. I have faecal leakage only occasionally, most usually immediately after a bowel evacuation which has not fully emptied my bowel.

Lifelong bedwetter that struggled with daytime leakage as well. Diapered 24/7 and, aside from the cost, and very happy I am.
