Im 29 and have basically been wearing pull-ups during the day for as long as I can remember, as well as setting an hourly bathroom timer. I had to switch to NorthShore Supreme tape-on diapers for nighttime in high school, due to the GoodNites leaking. (Im too small for Depends, so I'm embarrassed to admit it.)


Am I the only one who has always had to wear extra protection (my nighttime diapers instead of just my GoodNites) on roadtrips due to overactive bladder and bowels, or the possibility that I likely fall asleep and have an accident? Its embarrassing.

My type of incontinence is different from yours, but I think I can appreciate some of the distress it is causing you. I am sure you are not alone in that.
