We have a 2 year old and expecting triplets. What are your recommendations for strollers? A triplet stroller? 2 Double strollers? Which ones are better? I have a single city mini right now for my son and I love it but not sure how to handle strollers for 4 kids. To be honest, I don't even think I would leave the house with all 4 by myself. Any suggestions? Thanks! :)

We had a Peg Perego Triplette Stroller that we bought used in April that I really really liked. With the loss of one of our triplets, we sold the stroller to another DS member (CitizenSnips). So happy to have it go to another DS Sister! We had done a ton of research before buying it and it seems to be one of the most popular strollers for triplet parents.

If you will always have help- I might go for the two double strollers. Even a double seems large to take places (the mall, doctor etc). Some places are super tight with them and that is only for two. You can not get through some waiting offices or Old Navy! Try a triple and see if it is manuverable at all. Good luck.

If I were you I'd probably get a triplet stroller and either have the 2 year old walk or use a baby carrier (like a baby bjorn) to carry one of the triplets and let the two year old ride in the stroller. When the babies are too big to carry in a baby carrier, your 2 year old will be older and be able to walk more. When you are out and about with someone else, you can always use one of those cheap umbrella strollers that are like $30 for your 2 year old.

The reason I would think you'd want a triplet stroller is because when the twins are a or even 2 years, your older child will be 3 or 4 and you won't be needing a stroller as much for him, but you WILL need three seats for your triplets. At that point two doubles will be excessive.

I have a peg perego as well that I got used. Cant review it yet as I have not used it but I have heard great things about it. There were not a lot of options for triplet strollers. I think sometimes I might carry one baby in a baby bjorn as well.

I would absolutly have a triplet stroller before they turn a year. I had a double and put one of mine on the front of me until they were 7 months and that worked awesome!!!!!. You have a two year old who is going to need to stay in the stroller in the beginging. I also love my triplet stroller becasue I was able to go places by myself after they got bigger.
