One of my twins started walking at 14mo and the other is still not walking. They just turned 15mo yesterday. I work really hard to keep them on the same schedule for my sanity. It looks like one of my girls might be dropping her 2nd daytime nap while the other still REALLY needs it. I still put her down for it and I let her have some quiet time. I only get her up if she is upset.

I second Amber - with my twins (boys) if one isn't super sleepy I still put him down and only get him if he gets upset. Sometimes he will go the whole nap just quietly playing in his crib (with his blanket, pillow, toes, etc). Even though they are fraternal and very different, I still nap them and put them to bed at the same time. Sometimes one will not be ready for bed, but we still put him down and it just takes him a while to fall asleep. Since it's always been how we've done it they don't usually get upset.

As for walking, one of mine started just shy of 14 weeks and the other a week or two after.

My girls started walking Early. Way to early if you ask me. Crawled for like one week. One walked at 8 months and the other at 9 months. The ok range for walking though is 9-18 months. It made it really challenging for me early on to be honest. One DD likes to sleep in past 9am and the other is up at 7:30. One like to go to sleep at *:30pm, the other 10ish. It is amazing how different they are. I do let them stay in the crib sometimes. I have to kind of keep them on the sort of same schedule otherwise I am a mess.

I have 24 months b/g twins and they started walking around 18 months. They dropped their 1st nap around 12 months, but they're both on the same schedule for their only nap. Good luck and have fun with them. It's going to get very interesting.
