My son was 29 mos old when my girls were born so I did have stuff from him. We had both an exersaucer and a walker so that was enough. Also had a swing from him but he never really liked it and neither did the girls so if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't buy one. We only have one pacnplay and barely used it with the girls. They shared a crib until they were 6 mos old. We did buy an extra floor mat as it was kinda tough for them to share one and 2 bouncers is a must have as the girls spent a great deal of their time in them while newborns. None of my kids really liked/used the bumbo chair and I only had 1 boppy for both girls. Instead of a high chair, we bought 2 booster seats that attach to chairs...much more convenient and space efficient. Good luck :-)

My girls loved their swing, they were quite content being in them while I was cleaning or taking a shower, I highly recommend the swings, they also allowed me to jump on the couch and catch some z's while they were swinging away.
