Hello,

I see a naturopath and we determined that my vaginal ph is too low (meaning it is veryacidic) and this is probably one of the reasons why I haven't been able to conceive yet. Does anyone know of any way to change vaginal ph. I don't know what to do...my body is killing the spermies before they even get to the goods.

Any ideas would be helpful.

i am thinking i might have the same problem there are certain foods to help with that i was told lemon (surprisingly enough is one) so changing your diet for a while to include more foods to bring the acidity down... there are also those lubes you can use that claim to help with that a couple types are zestica and pre-seed if you find anything else out I would love to know

Thanks for the advice. I will try the lemon juice. It is supposed to be really good for your liver so maybe that is why it helps your hormones. Who knows...I also have been trying preseed. Hopefully this will work. If it does it will be one miracle baby!

I have been using pre-seed in hopes that it will help... You can try that and see if it helps you... I am going to continue using it in hopes that it will work... Good luck!

I had someone tell me there was a homemade thing dealing with baking soda to help lower the acidity. I wish I remembered what it was, but supposedly it was on Dr. Oz. Good luck!
