My husband and I are anxious to start a family and I have begun tracking my BBT and CM with much frustration. I feel I have a good knowledge base as to what I'm looking for and how to chart it, but can't figure out if I'm ovulating. I had an IUD for 4 plus years that was removed in Jan, and I'm in my first cycle without the IUD. I'm at the end of my cycle and still no signs of ovulation. I'm looking for any advice re: the IUD and if I need to just give my body time to adjust. I know it hasn't been that long, however we have several close friend and family that are expecting and we so badly want to join them. Any thought would be appreciated.
I was never on the IUD, but I was on the pill for a long time. I think my cycle came back and I ovulated right away, but I began tracking a few months after and it seemed OK. I did have CM but it wasn't great. Almost two years later and it keeps getting better, so I believe the pill really messed with my body even though I got my period and ovulated right away.
The ClearBlue monitors are the best because they are easy to read. I used the smiley face one's for a while, and now I have the monitor. I love them both. I hope if you use them, it helps.
Did you have any rise in temps with the BBT? Or good CM around mid cycle?
