trying to conceive with an autoimmune disorder

is anybody else dealing with this and has anyone had a successful pregnancy with any kind of autoimmune disorder. My doctor told me it might be a little bit harder.

what kind of autoimmune disorder do you have i have Hashimotos witch is also a autoimmune disorder that attacks my thyroid and my doctor says once my hormones are back on track it should be easy for me to get pregnant. i was diagnosed back in december and have been tacking medication for almost a month. so good luck and stay positive.

I have Rheumatiod Arthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis. I conceived just fine with my son but now having issues. I am under a lot of stress because of my illness which is contributing to it and not being able to conceive doesn't help the stress. Stress could be a reason.
