Long story short DH and I had to use IVF to get PG with my Daughter last year because of his low sperm count and the RE thought it best that way. He said that it would be possible for me to get PG on my own seeing how my body has went through a PGs already. He suggested that my DH and I loose weight which we are and also DH change his deit. I am wondering if anyone knows of anything what DH could be taking to help increase his sperm count. We are not trying to get PG right yet as we want to wait for another year, but we want to start getting his and my body ready. IVF is over 20,000 and though we would LOVE to do it again I am afraid that we will not be able to aford it this time as we are trying to save for a house. I really want my daughter to have a brother or a sister as there is no other younger sibs in the family. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Best of luck to everyone and thanks in advance.
