I would like some advice on what I should be doing to increase our chances? We are being quite frequent, at what I think is the most opportune times and using the "best" positions etc but should I be taking my temperature as well? Or using ovulation tools??
Thank you everyone :)
I've heard that some drs won't see you until you've tried a year. Mine, who specializes in infertility but works at a general OBGYN clinic, started testing at 6 months. Her theory is that if something isn't right, passing time probably won't help but will only result in more frustration and wasted time. My first indication was irregular cycles then I wasn't able to detect ovulation using the tests.
As several others mentioned, try not to let this control your life. Stay busy and focus on enjoying the time you have.
